Night Auditor

**The Role**

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula.

In this newly created position, The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the property's night operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing exceptional guest service. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- reconciling daily transactions,
- preparing reports,
- assisting guests with enquiries and ensuring the security of the property during overnight hours.

Full time and part-time position available.

**About You**
- **_You _**have previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit role preferred**:

- **_You _**are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude**:

- **_You _**have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills**:

- **_You _**have proficiency in hotel property management systems (RMS PMS) and financial software.**:

- **_You _**have a strong ability to problem solve and work independently**:

- **_You _**are capable, reliable and responsible**:

- **_You _**hold a full drivers licence**:

- **_You _**hold a current First Aid qualification**:

- **_You _**have a valid visa or working rights for Australia**
