**Role Overview:**

A skilled Agile Project Facilitator is required to ensure the efficient execution of projects within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage project workflow, sequencing, and velocity to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Support backlog management and drive the removal of obstacles.
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
  • Provide regular reporting and manage risks.
  • Communicate and embody a growth mindset.

**Collaboration and Coaching:**

  • Work with Product Owners to prioritize work through the backlog.
  • Sequence tasks and manage dependencies across teams.
  • Coach team members to optimize delivery via Agile processes and best practices.
  • Develop relationships that support the team in achieving its objectives.

**Interpersonal and Communication Skills:**

  • Proactively interact with stakeholders to effectively manage resource demands.
  • Use interpersonal skills to balance competing goals and achieve consensus.
  • Communicate effectively using multiple methods (verbal, written, and nonverbal) and channels.

**Requirements and Experience:**

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of Agile principles, tools, and techniques (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
  • Previous experience as an Iteration Manager/Scrum Master.
  • Experience in financial services (desired).

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Customer focus - proven commitment to driving a customer-centric culture.
