Job Description

Embark on a new career chapter as an Agile Coach, working closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaborative environments that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies will be instrumental in guiding teams toward increased efficiency and adaptability.

This role demands a deep understanding of technology and exceptional communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration between technical team members and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in coaching Agile teams
  • Proven track record in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and planning sessions
  • Ability to maintain focus on customer value and flow
  • Capacity to remove blockers and empower team problem-solving
  • Drive for continuous improvement and quality delivery
  • Support for sustainable pace, innovation, and learning

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or Business, or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years' experience working with Agile teams in a similar capacity
  • Previous experience leading geographically distributed teams
