Job Title:Agile Team Facilitator">We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Facilitator to join our dynamic team. As the Agile Team Facilitator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team follows the principles and practices of the Scrum framework. This includes facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives, as well as leading a diverse cross-functional team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse cross-functional team
  • Facilitate essential ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, and sprint retrospectives
  • Actively drive the achievement of deliverables within the Scrum team
  • Ensure seamless cross-team coordination and provide support to team members
  • Identify potential issues and obstacles and take prompt action to remove them
  • Maintain and track relevant metrics that contribute to monitoring the team's performance
Requirements:

• Hold a valid Scrum Master certification

• Demonstrated 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including the ability to establish new teams from the ground up

• Extensive collaboration experience across multiple disciplines to achieve tangible business outcomes

• Previous involvement in customer-focused teams within the digital, mobile, or online services sector

• Well-established history of effectively working with both Business and IT delivery teams to achieve valuable customer and business results

• Skilled in managing technology teams and fostering the growth of high-performing agile teams
