About the Role
As a Merchant Relationship Builder at eFinancialCareers Ltd., you will play a key role in building strong relationships with small, medium, and large-sized businesses. You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying inbound leads, nurturing, negotiating, and closing SMB deals. Your primary objective will be to understand the diverse business needs of our merchants and formulate the right Zeller solution to exceed their expectations.
- You will spend your days qualifying inbound leads and building a pipeline of SMB deals that you will nurture, negotiate, and close.
- You will work closely with the sales team to develop commercially sound deals across various customer use cases, verticals, and complex economics.
- You will stay up-to-date with SME, technology, fintech, payments, competitor, and industry trends relevant to your merchants.
- You will collaborate with the Zeller team across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to relay customer feedback.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads.
- Nurture, negotiate, and close SMB deals.
- Develop commercially sound deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Zeller team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR with a proven ability to achieve quarterly or activity-based goals.
- A genuine curiosity and passion about people and their businesses that will enable you to inspire and share their stories with others.
- Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques (cold-calls, email outreach, or door-to-door selling).
Bonus Points
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or scale-up B2B sales.
- An established relationship with SME business owners and decision-makers.
