**Sustainability Professional**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sustainability Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for the development and execution of our community and sustainability programs on a global basis.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial and pragmatic approach to sustainability, with a proactive and hands-on mindset. They will be responsible for setting and driving our global strategy and goals for sustainability and community engagement at a group level.
This role requires strong influencing, relationship building and collaboration skills, as well as commercial and business acumen. The successful candidate will be able to gather, analyse, package and make thoughtful recommendations based on insights from data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our community and sustainability programs on a global basis
- Set and drive our global strategy and goals for sustainability and community engagement
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a dedicated CSR and sustainability role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in developing both community and sustainability strategies
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communications skills
