About the RoleWe are looking for an Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager to lead the development and implementation of our ESG strategy across our organisation. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring sustainability is embedded into every level of our business, from supply chain to product innovation.
As the driving force behind our sustainability initiatives, you'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive environmental, ethical, and social progress. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, transparency, and impact, and will balance long-term vision with practical execution.
- Develop and implement ESG policies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collect, analyse, and report sustainability data including carbon metrics
- Manage internal and external ESG audits and disclosures
- Monitor ESG performance across supply chain and operations
- Oversee responsible sourcing and supplier ESG evaluation
- Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact and drive product innovation
- Implement circularity and waste reduction strategies
- Collaborate with marketing on sustainability communications
- Provide ESG training and support stakeholder engagement
- Assist in delivering our sustainability programs and targets
The ideal candidate will have a background in fashion retail, ideally with vertically integrated supply chains, and a relevant tertiary qualification in sustainability, environmental science, or related fields.
You'll need proven experience in ESG or sustainability roles within corporate environments, strong knowledge of ESG regulations, reporting frameworks, and responsible sourcing, as well as excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
