Drive strategic maintenance and reliability initiatives across oil and gas assets to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and availability.
  • Oversee shutdowns, turnarounds, and long-term maintenance planning to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • Lead contractor and vendor management to ensure quality, safety, and value for money.
  • Maintain and analyze maintenance KPIs, conduct root cause failure analyses, and embed continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and senior leaders to optimize asset life-cycle and cost control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in oil and gas or heavy industry maintenance and reliability.
  • Proven leadership of maintenance teams and contractor/vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies, asset management, and reliability engineering.
  • Demonstrated success managing shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects.
  • Proficient with CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and data-driven maintenance practices.
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in engineering, maintenance, or related discipline.
