Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior managers or other partners in the department.
  • Compose and create documents, spreadsheets, and/or presentations.
  • Maintain and organize paper and electronic files while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Manage database files and handle travel arrangements.
  • Schedule meetings and conferences.
  • Work on special projects, such as gathering information for reports.
  • Track or monitor expenses for the department.
  • Greet or assist clients and/or vendors.
  • Identify and resolve problems within established guidelines.
  • Use initiative to address complex problems and work effectively as a team member or independently.

Requirements:

  • Good oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g., Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative supportive experience or completion of professional administrative support training is required.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $65,000 to $85,000 depending on location and qualifications.
