Job Summary:

The Senior Change Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of change management strategies to support the successful delivery of organisational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective change management plans to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transitions
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver changes
  • Identify and assess potential barriers to change and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, including recent experience in implementing large-scale changes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business or psychology
