Job Overview

This is an exceptional contract opportunity for a hands-on Senior Change Manager with a strong background in managing change related to enhancements to IT Infrastructure Services.

The project objective is to support the Business and Operations area in identifying the relevant impacts and managing the change to ensure Business Readiness and Transition is as seamless as possible.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills. As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through complex change initiatives.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with change
  • Providing training and coaching to employees on new processes and technologies
  • Maintaining accurate records of change initiatives and their impact on the organization

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures. Your input will help shape the future direction of our company.
