Senior Contract Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional to join our commercial team as a key member responsible for managing contracts and enhancing the commercial position of projects.
- Protect and enhance the commercial position of projects under direction of senior management.
- Ensure project compliance with company commercial guidelines, including financial reporting and cost control.
- Execute, deliver, and close out subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support contract negotiations and disputes through commercial aspects, ensuring site team understanding of head contracts and subcontracts.
For success in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in law, finance, building, or quantity surveying, or possess previous experience in contract administration.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the commercial building industry, enabling assessment of claims and variations against contractual requirements.
- Display strong analytical skills, providing solutions to contractual issues through effective problem-solving techniques.
- Embody organisational values of safety, care, honesty, integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and performance excellence.
- Be a permanent resident of Australia.
