Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full registration as a counsellor with a recognised professional association
  • A paid Working With Children Check (NSW)
  • A current NSW Police Check
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
  • Knowledge of paediatric assessment tools and confidence in administering them
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills – with big hearts and little ones
  • Experience with the NDIS (preferred but not essential)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
