Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to own a portfolio of business clients.
- To lead delivery of year-end financial statements, income tax returns and BAS/IAS prepared by the team; resolve complex issues and sign off quality.
- Be the day-to-day advisor for SME clients; run planning calls, scope work, and set expectations.
- Coordinate with external advisors to progress outcomes and close out queries.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills to take on a key role within our organization.
You will be working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering results-driven solutions and has a proven track record in client-facing roles.
Responsibilities- Lead delivery of financial statements and reports.
- Be the primary point of contact for SME clients.
- Coordinate with external advisors to progress outcomes.
- Counsel juniors and seniors.
- 7+ years of experience in business services/tax with demonstrable client-facing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Xero.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
