Business Development Lead

About the Position:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead the growth of our key accounts within the aged care and retirement living sector. This national role focuses on cultivating and expanding existing client relationships, negotiating high-value deals, and developing strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value.

  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships with aged care and retirement living providers across Australia.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and close deals that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and new business opportunities in the aged care and retirement living sectors.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or partnerships with a focus on aged care and retirement living.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare system and/or retirement living sectors.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of successful deal-making and negotiation.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
