The role of HR Advisor, Entry Level Programs, is an exciting opportunity for someone who is intelligent and highly capable to make a difference in the lives of Australians.

This position facilitates the design and development of graduate, entry-level and professional pathway programs, primarily focusing on the day-to-day management and governance of graduate programs.

As an HR Advisor, you will contribute to the coordination of marketing approaches, recruitment, onboarding, and team administration, as well as proactively identifying opportunities to improve or enhance our pathway programs.

You will provide high-quality advice and services to stakeholders on a range of HR-related functions, communicate effectively, and develop working relationships both internally and externally.

This includes supporting employee wellbeing and contributing to operational outcomes.

  • We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Workforce Capability and Assurance team.
About the Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and governance of our graduate program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing graduate, entry-level and professional pathway programs
  • Coordinating marketing approaches, recruitment, onboarding and team administration
  • Providing high-quality advice and services to stakeholders on HR-related functions
  • Developing working relationships both internally and externally
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
