**Your new role**

This team is responsible for the management and facilitation of a range of entry level programs, including the department's graduate program and a whole government apprenticeship program.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As an Entry Level Program Officer, you will work closely with the team to ensure the coordination of these entry level programs and provide guidance and support to participants. Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Management and facilitation of Graduate and Entry Level Program Cohorts
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver on intended program outcomes
- Provide tailored advice to line areas in response to Entry Level Program queries
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships
- Group mailbox management
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
