Job Title: Strategic Identity Governance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled identity governance specialist to lead our team in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Identity Management and Governance products with critical applications and infrastructure.
- Customize and configure the platform according to specific organizational needs, policies, and security requirements.
- Perform role mining activities to identify and create optimal role models that accurately reflect job functions and access patterns.
- Oversee the governance of access through the proper definition and assignment of roles.
- 10-15+ years of Cyber security & strong background in identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions, with specific knowledge of IGA platforms, including their architecture, functionality, and best practices for implementation and integration.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Computing or related.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
