Job Description: As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of Identity Governance (IG) solutions across our enterprise landscape. With a strong background in IT and extensive experience working with Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of IGA toolsets such as SailPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of IAM solutions, including Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy IGA solutions
  • Providing subject matter expertise on IAM processes, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning flows, and user identity management
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements for IAM solutions
  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure successful adoption of IAM solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with IAM solutions, preferably with leading IGA toolsets such as SailPoint
  • Excellent understanding of IAM processes, including identity governance, access management, and privileged access management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with large-scale IAM engagements and multi-vendor environments is highly desirable
