Job Title: Clinical Care Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate clinical care leader to join our team. As a key member of our residential aged care facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to residents, while also leading and supporting the clinical and personal care teams.

About This Role
  • Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant policies.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure delivery of quality resident outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Residential Manager to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Previous experience working within a residential aged care setting in a similar role
  • Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others
