Compassionate Clinical Care Leader

About the Role:

This role involves performing and overseeing day-to-day clinical care and leadership deliverables. You will work varied shifts, including mornings and afternoons, with opportunities for casual and part-time shifts.

As a compassionate clinical care leader, you will provide dignified, safe, and independent care to our residents. This may involve:

  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Leading and managing teams of healthcare professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in care delivery.

Requirements:

  • A current police check, less than 12 months old.
  • Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Experience in clinical care systems and reporting.
