Veterinary Medical Oncologist Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Medical Oncologist to join our team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with a large multi-disciplinary team across Ophthalmology, Surgery, Medicine, and Emergency departments.
  2. Lead and participate in case discussions to provide high standards of patient care.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of oncology protocols and client communications.
Requirements
  • A veterinary degree registerable in Australia with specialist qualifications (FANZCVS, ACVIM or ECVIM Board-certified) is required.
  • Residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Commitment to excellent patient care and a fear-free approach to handling patients.
  • Ability to work autonomously with the option to lean on the team as needed.
