**Medical Oncology Specialist Role**

The Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre Westmead Medical Oncology Department is a multidisciplinary team of specialists who are experts in treating and supporting patients with cancer.

Our services are delivered by a team of specialists that is supported by the latest clinical research. This enables us to provide cutting-edge treatments for our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Possess or be eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent.

- Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge in medical oncology, particularly breast and gynaecological oncology. This should be evident through successful clinical practice in an appropriate environment.

- Proven ability to work effectively and harmoniously with medical and other health services colleagues as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

- High level interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

We offer appointees opportunities for credentialing and privileging across all facilities in the Western Sydney Local Health District.
