Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead our retail operations in Traralgon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences, succession planning, and executing visual merchandising in-store.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a senior retail operations role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
