We are seeking a Senior Coordinator to lead our Frontline teams and support the overall operations of our recreation centre.
About the Role
- This is a leadership position with responsibilities including team recruitment, onboarding, training and development, rostering and timesheet management.
- The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Centre Manager and act as second in Charge while supporting the operations at the facility.
- The role also involves general customer service, administration and clerical duties.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience in aquatic facility operations.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage the duty manager team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks.
