Store Leader Role

As a Store Leader, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success. Whether in a retail environment or a distribution centre, you're an integral part of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Position

You will report to the Store Manager and have full accountability for the day-to-day operations of your store. You'll take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • To maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing store that inspires customers.
  • To continuously seek to better understand our diverse customers and drive sales growth through effective customer engagement.
  • To foster a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Direct leadership experience as a Store Leader, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Ability to look ahead, energize your team, and deliver results with pride.
