Job Overview

The Supply Department procures and manages delivery of various clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the hospital.

As a Supply Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient supply service for the hospital. This includes:

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Unpacking and replenishing ward stock (including critical care areas)
  • Delivering supplies across the hospital
  • Providing relief in Goods Receipts when required
  • Using SAP to manage inventory transactions

You will work closely with the Supply team and report to the Supply Manager.

About You

We are seeking an organized professional with experience in warehouse or stores environment. You will thrive in a busy service-focused role and demonstrate:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or hospital supply services
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork skills with ability to work independently when required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP and RF scanners (desirable)
