Job Title: Clinical Negligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Negligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the clinical negligence team, you will be responsible for managing complex cases with a proactive and commercially aware approach.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience handling a caseload and excellent organisational and time management skills. You will also possess strong communication and drafting skills, as well as commercial awareness within a legal environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases
  • Provide support, guidance and assistance to the team
  • Contribute to proactive and commercial case management and progression across the team
  • Support the Team Leader in ensuring delivery of the team's financial and performance KPIs
  • Effective time recording
Qualifications:
  • Recent experience of handling a caseload
  • 5+ years PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Proclaim and Excel
  • Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment
