We are seeking a skilled Remedial Design Professional to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in investigating and repairing building defects in residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend client meetings, site investigations, and diagnose building defects;
  • Produce, review, and check designs according to relevant standards and codes, preparing technical reports;
  • Prepare project plans, including forecasts, and resource planning;
  • Manage projects on-site, inspecting remedial works and providing comprehensive design services;
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to build relationships and business initiatives;
  • Manage multiple projects to programme, preparing proposals and meeting documents;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years' post-graduate remedial engineering consultancy experience or considerable experience in the construction industry;
  • Chartered Structural Engineer status or close to achieving it;
  • Experience working on Strata and residential projects or construction projects;
  • A self-motivated, technically strong individual able to work independently and lead teams;
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills;
