What You'll Be Doing

Lead and mentor a growing team of remedial engineers, with the autonomy to build and scale the team as needed.

Drive strategic growth by contributing to business planning, team structure, and capability expansion.
Manage a diverse portfolio of remedial projects — including structural and waterproofing rectification and dilapidation assessments.
Oversee contract administration and act as Superintendent during repair works.
Engage confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors, delivering high-quality outcomes that reflect your technical expertise.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the leadership team.
What We're Looking For 13+ years of experience in remedial and structural engineering, with a strong background in consultancy.
Eligible or registered Design Practitioner under NSW DBP legislation (essential).
CPEng and NER credentials (or actively working towards them).
Proven leadership in diagnostic investigation, reporting, scoping, and remedial design.
Skilled in managing end-to-end project delivery, including financial oversight and contract admin.
Experienced in leading teams, mentoring staff, and developing technical capability.
Commercially minded with business development acumen and P&L management experience (preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Permanent residency or Australian citizenship is required.
