Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Asia Pacific. As Manager, Global Product Enablement, you will lead a team that supports program configuration of the Mastercard Promotions Platform across the region.

The role offers a range of responsibilities, including analysis, solution design, promotion enablement, operational support, and vendor management. You will work closely with regional product managers, program managers, and vendors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting program configuration of the Mastercard Promotions Platform across Asia Pacific
  • Collaborating with regional product managers, program managers, and vendors to deliver solutions
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for customers
  • Providing ongoing operational support for launched promotion programs and campaigns
  • Managing queries related to promotion program changes, updates, and new functionalities
  • Supporting new product and market enablement activities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant processes and standards

Additional Information:

As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information being accessed and reporting any suspected information security violations or breaches. You will also complete periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with guidelines.
