We're seeking an exceptional Delivery Operations Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand, ensuring customers receive world-class service when test-driving, delivering, or picking up their cars.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm attitude, and a strong work ethic, with a valid driver's license and willingness to undergo background checks.

  • Delight and amaze customers through timely, reliable, and communicative interactions.
  • Liaise closely with customer operations teams to ensure seamless car delivery and pick-up processes.
  • Assist in shaping customer-facing processes and contribute to the development of a customer-centric culture.
  • Conduct test drives, gathering valuable insights to enhance the customer experience.
