Food Operations Manager

The Supervisor Food Services role is responsible for coordinating daily food operations, leading a team of Food Service Officers, and implementing quality improvement initiatives in patient/client nutrition and food services.
About the Role:
- This position plays a key part in our organization's efforts to provide excellent patient/client care through effective food service management.
- As a supervisor, you will oversee various aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, plating line operation, food handling, stock rotation, trolley delivery, and dishwashing duties.
- You will be expected to maintain high standards of food hygiene, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
- In addition to operational responsibilities, this role involves contributing to security procedures and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
