Job Opportunity

The Food Court Supervisor is responsible for driving employee management and direct operations of the Food Court department and other warehouse areas. This role requires maintaining operational safety and quality standards while leading, mentoring, and coaching staff to deliver superior member service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Share passion for member service with others
  • Manage financial performance of the Food Court department
  • Develop sales and merchandising plans to enhance business growth
  • Monitor employee performance and compliance to company procedures
  • Ensure quality and consistency of Costco operations
  • Manage presentation, merchandising, and inventory standards
  • Implement and uphold safety and security procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess extensive Food Court management/supervisor experience in a large format retail environment, knowledge of merchandising, and safety and food safety regulations. Strong people and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and available to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and early/late shifts.
