Job Description

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing personalized assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pursuing Better: Assisting customers in managing their accounts and funds, as well as problem-solving to resolve customer enquiries.
  • People First: Building engaging relationships with customers by educating them on how to best manage their accounts and maximize their tax benefits.
  • Work Together: Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams to deliver on promises and exceed client expectations.
  • Making Everyday Better Together: Demonstrating mutual respect and teamwork to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Recent experience working in a Contact Centre, Retail, or Hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
