Job Description
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing personalized assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Pursuing Better: Assisting customers in managing their accounts and funds, as well as problem-solving to resolve customer enquiries.
- People First: Building engaging relationships with customers by educating them on how to best manage their accounts and maximize their tax benefits.
- Work Together: Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams to deliver on promises and exceed client expectations.
- Making Everyday Better Together: Demonstrating mutual respect and teamwork to foster a positive and productive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Recent experience working in a Contact Centre, Retail, or Hospitality environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.

- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
