Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Consultant to join our Contact Centre team. As the face of MMS, you will provide personal, confidential customer service to a broad range of clients across multiple platforms to support Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue Better in assisting customers to manage their accounts and funds, resolving customer enquiries, and providing exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • People First by building engaging relationships with customers, educating them on how to best manage accounts, maximise tax benefits, and minimise liabilities.
  • Work Together by ensuring delivery on promises made to customers, whether via phone or administration tasks.
  • Make everyday Better Together by demonstrating mutual respect and collaboration with team members, managers, and the extended organisation.
Requirements
  • Recent experience working in Contact Centre, Retail, or Hospitality environments.
  • A keen problem solver who thinks outside the box and can provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • The ability to master complex products and systems effortlessly.
  • Literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
