Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Operations Specialist to oversee the efficient delivery of services in our 24/7 telecommunications environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical operations, IT service management, and cloud computing.

This role requires a strategic approach to managing complex technical issues, ensuring high-performance systems, and prioritizing team workflow to deliver exceptional service to our users.

The Senior Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department's technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, and ICT security. They will provide guidance and support to teammates, ensure ongoing service delivery, and manage systems and infrastructure to achieve high performance and availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in technical operations, IT service management, and cloud computing.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and O365 products, with practical experience in deployment and management.
  • Practical skills in server administration, network configuration, and system monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and statistics for business report development.
