High Performing Electrical Team Leader

A prominent mining company seeks a seasoned Electrical Supervisor to lead high-performing teams across Tier 1 operations in the Bowen Basin. This role demands exceptional leadership and technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical works, including infrastructure and fixed plant equipment maintenance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
- Coordinate daily work schedules with planning and production teams.
- Lead by example in the field, mentoring trades and promoting a positive culture.
Requirements
- QLD Electrical Licence (essential).
- Cert III in Instrumentation (desirable).
- S1, S2, S3 or G2 (essential).
- Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 (or willing to obtain).
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in mining or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of fixed plant operations (conveyors, crushers, wash plants, etc.).
