High-Performing Venue Operations Leader

Key Position Summary:
">This leadership role oversees the operation of a large venue, spanning multiple bars and kitchens. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining menu offerings, and leading a high-performing team.
About This Opportunity:
As a Venue Manager, you will oversee rostering, ensure team training is up-to-date, and coordinate menu updates with chefs and marketing. You will also monitor operational metrics, including wage costs, comps, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and financial performance.
Lead and develop a diverse team, promoting a culture of passion, quality, and hospitality.
Collaborate with chefs and marketing to execute menu updates and promote the venue's offerings.
Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of licensing laws, food safety, and health & safety regulations
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational efficiency
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting tools
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
