About the Role at Prospa

As a Product Manager at Prospa, you will be at the heart of shaping how we use data to make customer experiences personal and drive our growth. You will lead the data product roadmap, transforming customer insights into powerful solutions. Your main goal will be to enhance decision-making through automation, making our processes more efficient and scalable. You will use key metrics to guide our strategy and ensure we deliver lasting value to both our business and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize customer and campaign management tools to achieve better business results.
  • Identify and showcase how our data tools can shape product strategies and solve key business challenges.
  • Partner with other Product Managers and stakeholders to find ways to use data for process improvements and value creation.
  • Identify key data elements to be collected, or sources that we can acquire, assess their integrity and fit for purpose.
  • Effectively drive change management & operationalisation of data outputs and capabilities to ensure effective adoption and maximise value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data and product management, ideally in financial services or another data-rich field.
  • Proven experience in agile product management, leading cross-functional scrum teams.
  • In-depth understanding of data pipelines, including ingestion, modeling, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments coupled with an experimentation mindset.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive value.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
