About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Prospa, a leading platform that simplifies cashflow for small businesses. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our data-driven product roadmap, transforming customer insights into powerful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data products that enhance decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement data pipelines, including ingestion, modeling, and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics to guide our strategy and ensure lasting value to our business and customers.
  • Effectively drive change management and operationalization of data outputs and capabilities to ensure effective adoption and maximize value.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data and product management, ideally in financial services or another data-rich field.
  • Proven experience in agile product management, leading cross-functional scrum teams.
  • In-depth understanding of data pipelines, including ingestion, modeling, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments and experiment with new approaches.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive value.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
