The Property Management Role

Hudson has partnered with a high-profile government agency seeking an experienced professional to oversee the management of their commercial properties, staff housing and government engagement centres.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily operations of the properties ensuring compliance with Department of Finance rules and guidelines for leasing.
  • Liaise with property service providers and internal/external stakeholders to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Contract management of minor and major capital projects including brief and bid writing, staff training and development.
  • Interpret legislation relevant to the property portfolio and support junior staff members in their growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in property management and a strong understanding of relevant legislation. A key aspect of this role is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders.
