Job Opportunity: Reliability Engineering and Asset Management Expertise

This role is focused on leveraging expertise in the mining, manufacturing, and resources industries to deliver infrastructure asset management projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, asset management, and operational readiness consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead data and system solutions to improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure in asset-intensive organizations.
  • Build positive and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on optimal courses of action and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Develop asset and maintenance management strategies, provide reliability engineering expertise, conduct data analysis, review business and operational processes and systems, and enable knowledge transfer and capability development for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan project resources and pursuits and deliver best-in-class solutions for clients.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Mining, manufacturing, or resources industry experience in a recognized consulting environment.
  • Extensive experience in applying Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.
  • Proactive, professional, collaborative, and personable approach.
  • Effective and proven business development, networking, and client relationship management skills.
  • A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series and relevant industry guidance.
