Job Description

The primary function of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial asset. This includes overseeing all aspects of building management, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

As a facilities manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of contractors who provide various services such as maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the building. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with tenants and respond promptly to their issues and concerns.

In addition, you will be responsible for delivering sustainability initiatives and managing budgets and reporting obligations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all hard and soft services, ensuring compliance and best-practice standards
  • Oversee contractor performance across building operations, maintenance, and safety
  • Build trusted relationships with tenants, responding to issues promptly and proactively
  • Deliver sustainability, energy and environmental initiatives in line with client targets
  • Manage budgets, reporting and compliance obligations
