Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a modern commercial asset in Canberra’s inner South.

The Opportunity

  • This is a rare opportunity to manage a premium asset while working closely with colleagues, clients, and a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all hard and soft services, ensuring compliance and best-practice standards.
  • Supervise contractor performance across building operations, maintenance, and safety.
  • Build relationships with tenants, responding to issues promptly and proactively.
  • Deliver initiatives for sustainability, energy, and environmental improvement aligned with client goals.
  • Manage reporting and compliance obligations.
  • Promote service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • You are a proven facilities management expert with a track record in commercial office environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building operations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and service providers.
