We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Director to lead our General Practice team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical centre, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and effective manner.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role in a dynamic healthcare environment. As Clinical Services Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and coordinating clinical services, including health assessments, care plans, and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective systems for managing workflow and resources
- Collaborate with General Practitioners to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Ensure compliance with all clinical safety and quality standards
- Mentor and train staff to achieve best-practice care
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within healthcare
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in a General Practice or primary healthcare setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A people-first approach to patient and team care
