Clinical Operations Director

This is a key leadership position within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our acute ward and urgent care centre.
- The successful applicant will be a registered nurse with experience in people and budget management, who can demonstrate high-level clinical skills and effective leadership qualities.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as Lead Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will have a degree in nursing and current registration with AHPRA. Experience in managing staff and resources is essential, as well as a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the Acute Ward and Urgent Care Centre effectively.

Requirements:
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Degree qualified in Nursing.
- Previous experience in people and budget management.
- High level clinical skills.
