As a Junior D365 FO Functional Consultant, you will assist in the deployment and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) solutions. This position entails close collaboration with senior consultants and clients to comprehend business needs and aid in the configuration and implementation of D365 FO solutions.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the deployment and customization of D365 FO solutions
  • Collecting and documenting client requirements and business workflows
  • Configuring D365 FO modules under the mentorship of senior consultants
  • Engaging in testing and quality assurance processes
  • Providing training and support to end-users
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project success
  • Keeping abreast of the latest D365 FO features and industry developments
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues during and post-implementation

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience with ERP systems, particularly D365 FO
  • Preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications or training
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
  • A foundational understanding of D365 FO modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and take direction from senior consultants
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Experience with data migration and system integration
  • Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure
