We are a leading provider of digital transformation services, currently undertaking a large-scale program of modernization, including a Dynamics 365 ERP Financials and Operations (F&O) / Dynamics 365 CRM upgrade. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Junior Project Manager to drive the daily project operations, including planning, development, and implementation of our key digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Project Manager working on similar Digital Transformation Initiatives, preferably with Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the daily project operations, including planning, development, and implementation of the digital transformation journey.
  • Monitor project plans, schedules, project reporting, and budgets.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and organize effective stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget are met.
  • Document project status and activities.
  • Liaise with vendors.
  • Experience with change control.
  • Strong experience and/or understanding of Project Management methodologies.
  • Dynamics 365 F&O / AX / Fin Ops / CRM projects experience (a plus).
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager working on similar Digital Transformation Initiatives.
  • Experience as a Functional Consultant or Project Coordinator on Digital transformation projects.
  • Experience working on and monitoring project plans, schedules, project reporting, and budgets.
  • Experience liaising with key stakeholders and organizing effective stakeholder meetings.
  • Strong experience and/or understanding of Project Management methodologies.
  • Dynamics 365 F&O / AX / Fin Ops / CRM projects experience (a plus).
