About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior D365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant to join our team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a key member of our Global Supply team, you will play a critical role in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and customization of D365 FO solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients.
  • Gather and document client requirements and business processes to ensure accurate configuration and deployment of D365 FO modules.
  • Configure D365 FO modules under the guidance of senior consultants to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest D365 FO features and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during and after implementation to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably D365 FO.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications or training preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of D365 FO modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced team environment and take direction from senior consultants.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration and system integration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure is desirable.
